Flexible resourcing without the overhead

We understand that there are times when you win a new project or demands change on an existing project where you quickly need additional resources to hit the ground running — without the time and expense of recruiting permanent staff.

CSG has invested substantially in systems and procedures to attract and maintain significant resources through our networks and targeted programs. All candidates are screened for relevant skills, experience, qualifications and history prior to being engaged on any project or assignment.

Our resources are available for short to long-term contract assignments — to suit a peak period or to deliver a whole program or project. We are also able to fully coordinate FIFO, DIDO, site-compliant vehicles, travel and accommodation where required.

Why CSG over a typical recruiter?

Our dedicated engineering consultants have a deep, hands-on background in the industry — saving you the hit-and-miss experience of the typical sales-oriented recruitment market.

All resources have the backup, mentoring and support of CSG's principal engineering and project management core group. As your portfolio grows, we have options to transition contractors to permanent staff or run a targeted recruitment campaign.
